The Kirk Session has decided to begin using a software system called Church Suite to hold all our records, support our projects and help us grow God’s Kingdom in Viewpark. Church Suite is a software company in Nottingham, England. See: https://churchsuite.com/
One of the first steps is to create a database (big list) of members of our congregation and their contact details, so that we can build an Address Book (one of the features). To do this we ask members to fill in a simple on-line form, using Microsoft Forms (see below).

Please complete and SUBMIT the form. This will allow your information to be imported into Church Suite whereupon you will receive an emailed invitation to log in. (There may be a delay of a few days). The email invitation looks like this:
